Return Conditions

As provided by law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period after delivery to express your intention to withdraw. It is recommended that you use the withdrawal form available in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale or contact our Customer Service directly.

From the date of notification of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the merchandise at your own expense. To ensure better traceability of the return, it is recommended that you use the return authorization that will be provided by our Customer Service, which will include the exact return address.

The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The withdrawal period is available to our individual customers and applies to our entire catalog, with the exception of exclusions mentioned in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (custom-built computers, unsealed software, and consumables, in particular).

Refund Timeframe and Conditions

The refund is processed within 14 days from the date the refund is requested. It may be delayed if the product has not reached us by the 14th day following the request, until proof of shipment is provided. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, with the exception of orders paid with a virtual credit card.
