FAQ

Reception and inspection of the package

Upon receiving your order, we recommend following these guidelines to ensure better support from our services:

The packaging is in good condition or only slightly damaged: accept the package.

Check the contents of the package as soon as possible, preferably in the presence of the carrier or immediately after their departure. If one or more items turn out to be damaged, it is imperative to report it to us within 72 hours by phone at +33 (0)4 27 44 45 49 or via the form below. You will need to provide details about the delivery circumstances, any reservations noted on the delivery slip if there were any, and the references of the damaged items. If these steps are not taken, your options for later recourse will be limited or even impossible. Also, keep the packaging (the box) for the record to provide proof of a possible transport issue if needed.

The packaging is severely damaged or has been opened: do not open the package and refuse it.

Is the package crushed in one or more places, cut, torn, wet, opened, or sealed with non-original tape? Unless you are certain that the items are in perfect condition, do not open the package and refuse it! Please contact us as soon as possible by phone at +33 (0)2 40 92 91 91 or via the form below.

We also recommend that you review the TRANSPORT section (Article 8) of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
