FAQ

My product was damaged during shipping

It is necessary to make reservations when presented with a package that shows signs of damage. If the box is severely damaged, unless you are certain that the items inside are in perfect condition, refuse it.

If the box is slightly damaged but has sustained an impact, do not hesitate to note specific and detailed reservations such as “top left corner crushed,” “box wet.” A vague note like “subject to unpacking” has no legal value and does not allow for a claim against the carrier.

Whenever possible, check the contents of the package. If an item is damaged, these reservations must be communicated to us within 48 hours of delivery (an email or phone call is sufficient) and confirmed to the carrier at the same time by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. This letter is essential in such circumstances.
