How does a refund work ?

What is the refund period?

• When the refund follows a cancellation of the order, it is processed within one to two weeks after the cancellation has been acknowledged.
• When the refund follows the return of an item, a similar time frame is required after the return case is closed. This closing date is always confirmed to you by email.
• In practice, an average time of 4 to 10 days is typically observed.

In what form is the refund made?

• Whenever possible, the refund is made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
• Due to technical constraints, orders paid with a virtual card (E-Carte Bleue) are refunded by bank transfer (we will request your bank details if we do not already have them).
