Description - BOOSTER MPS C1 INTEGRATION 310 BAR

The advantages of this booster are:

  • The performance: the filling of a diving cylinder with a capacity of 3L from 100b to 220b in 3 min 20 seconds from an oxygen cylinder at 100b (this is the maximum speed here, as user, you must respect the standard inflation or balancing speed through the booster at 5b / minute).
Maintenance that is carried out only once a year.
    Robustness and reliability
The hoses are designed in double steel braid including an internal Teflon coating which guarantees oxygen compatibility and the absence of deposits on the lyre.
It will be delivered to you complete and ready to use.

Features of the MPS C1 Expedition 230 Bar booster:

  • 3lt de 100bar à 200bar en 3min

  • Pression max 310bar

  • poids 5.8kg

  • Pressure ratio: 25/1
  • Drive air: 9-14 bar

Safety systems common to all MPS boosters:

  • Heat management: each time the engine air is evacuated, it produces cold through its decompression, this cold gas is then routed around the high pressure chamber to thus allow the piston chamber and the overpressed gas to be cooled.

  • Accident prevention: thanks to the resistance of the seals of the non-return valves and the seals of the piston head, which are thus designed to deteriorate if the rules for using the booster are exceeded, this makes it possible to effectively avoid an incident at the level of the booster, the user but also the premises.

  • Speed management: the user of the booster can thus regulate the speed of the number of strokes per minute by adjusting the MP valve of the engine air.

  • Absorption of the blast: the MPS boosters are the only ones to have an empty space allowing to reduce by 10 the impact of a blast in the high pressure chamber, if a blast at 200b were to take place the impact on the outside will only be 20b.

  • Oxygen and helium filtration: the gas to be boosted is filtered via a filtration stone placed at the inlet of the system, it is then replaced during the annual maintenance of your booster.

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the system: two non-return valves (one on each side of the HP unit) prevent the gas from your diving unit from rising into the high pressure chamber, and the gas from the high pressure chamber from thus rising in your B50.

  • Gas safety: the pushed gas cannot mix with the engine gas, two outlets on the base of the HP part allow the gas under high pressure to escape in the event of a rupture of a piston seal.

  • Proper programming of the booster: you will be able to configure your booster so that it stops working when the desired HP pressure is reached (however, you will need to provide a short training course on the subject).

  • Specific materials: MPS boosters are designed using quality materials, guaranteeing your safety. So here are some examples:

The piston chamber is designed with alloy for ballistics and high precision rifles, its resistance is 3000b and 1200 ° C.
The cooling chamber is made of 3mm thick stainless steel, this is also reinforced at the base with a 10mm ring of Ergal.
Engine air management is achieved through an ISO valve (2), which is then intended for 10 million cycles, in short it is completely indestructible in the context of the diving industry. If ever this ISO valve were to encounter any problem, it being a standard in the diving industry it can be found very easily.
