The equipment is tested before rental by a professional, which implies that the customer accepts its perfect working condition. Regardless of transportation and/or usage methods, the customer is responsible for the equipment from the moment it leaves the premises. Customers transporting the equipment themselves must do so under optimal conditions.

A deposit check will be required as a security guarantee to cover any potential damage. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the equipment in perfect condition.
