Track an order
Where to track the progress of your order?
Your customer account allows you to check the status of your orders at any time. Once logged in (you can click here to sign in), the “My Orders” section will give you access to the tracking of your orders.
Tracking a Materiel.net order with in-store, home, or relay delivery
- Ordered: The order has been recorded in our system. Thank you for your trust.
- Validated: The order has been validated and will be prepared as soon as all items are available.
- Awaiting preparation: All items in the order have been reserved, and preparation will begin soon.
- Available for pickup: An email has been sent confirming the arrival of your order. The order must be picked up within 10 days.
- Awaiting payment: The order will be validated upon receipt of your payment by our administrative department.
- On hold: The order is currently on hold; please contact us.
