How to submit a product review on Divelyon.com?

There are two ways to submit a review for products ordered on Divelyon.com. An email inviting you to leave a review on the products in your order is sent some time after the order has been shipped. The delay in sending allows you time to test the products.

The second option is to submit a review directly on the website, via a link available on the product pages. In this case, you need to log in through your customer account. This allows us to verify that you have indeed purchased the product and can justify your user experience.

How the review submission works:

A form allows you to write your product review and rate the product. This form is then received by moderators who must ensure the review’s compliance before deciding to publish, reject, or delete its content.

A few rules before posting:

• Do not copy other people’s reviews.
• Your review should only concern the product (and not your experience related to the delivery, for example).
• Your review should be readable, clear, and understandable by everyone.
• Avoid SMS language, spelling mistakes, vulgar or offensive language, and abbreviations.
• Do not publish personal information (phone number, email, etc.).
