I placed an order and I want to modify it
It is entirely possible to modify the contents of an order as long as its logistical preparation has not begun. However, the status of an order can change very quickly, limiting modification options. Always contact us promptly, preferably by phone during business hours.
What modifications are possible?
We can accommodate requests for adding, replacing, or removing items, as well as changing the delivery address, whenever possible.
How can I tell if my order can be modified?
The status of your order, visible in your customer account, will help you identify if the order can be modified by our services. Here are the statuses that allow you to request a modification:
- Awaiting documentation
- Payment authorized
- Validated
- Transmitted to the management center
