An item is missing from the order

Your order has arrived and the package is in good condition, but a product is missing? First, make sure to check that it hasn’t been shipped in a separate package. Each order shipment confirmation email specifies the exact contents of each package. You may also find a delivery note inside the package. If the missing item is not listed on this document, it means it is scheduled for another package: everything is fine!
