Forgot password ?
Is the password you entered incorrect? To reset it, simply:
- Click on “Forgot Password?” under the “Account” icon at the top right of the homepage.
- Enter the email address you used to create your Customer Account to receive a password reset link (As a reminder, we sent you an email when you created the account).
- You will receive an email asking you to click on a link to set a new password.
You can then proceed with your order in complete peace of mind!
I am not receiving the email and need to place an order quickly?
It is possible that no account exists with this email address, or that your account is very old or inactive and therefore deactivated. In this case, we invite you to create a new customer account (Sign up on DiveLyon.com).
