Edit customer account

In your Client Area, you have the ability to modify several elements:

  • Your email address
  • Your password
  • Your date of birth
  • Your billing addresses and default shipping address

Changing a personal account

If you wish to change the identity of your account (name and surname), we invite you to submit your request to our Data Protection Officer, accessible via the form below or on the following page: Processing your personal data.

Changing a business account

In the case of a company change, you will need to create a new customer account with the details of the new company.
