Delivery via Mondial relay
DiveLyon.com delivers orders to pickup points in mainland France, Corsica, and Monaco. We trust Mondial Relay, the leading parcel delivery network with more than 16,000 pickup points and lockers. A Mondial Relay is usually a local business near you (Florist, Newsagent, Grocery store, etc.).
When placing your order, you can select the desired pickup point based on its location and opening hours that suit you best.

- Delivery generally takes between 48 and 72 hours. However, processing and preparation times, which are usually one day, should be added.
- Possibility of express delivery in 24 hours, including processing and preparation times (depending on eligibility when placing the order).
Shipping and collection procedures:
When the parcel is shipped from our warehouses, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to you for each parcel. You can then track the shipment. (If the tracking number is not active upon receiving this email, don’t worry, it will be activated within 24 hours). A SMS is sent to you when the parcel(s) arrive at the Pickup point to notify you that collection is possible. If your phone number is not registered, an email will be sent instead. The collection will be made in the name of the account holder and cannot be modified. The retention period for your parcel is 7 days at a pickup point and 3 days in a locker, so hurry up.
