Delivery Methods
We deliver via Colissimo, Chronopost or DHL. It is possible that only Chronopost will be used if the products you order are bulky or heavy.Â
Delivery Times
The transportation time is 1 to 2 weeks. Allow an additional 3 to 4 days if you are having your order delivered to Saint Pierre and Miquelon. Customs services may hold your package for an additional 24 hours.
Taxes
We invoice you without taxes. You will need to pay local taxes and customs clearance fees directly to the Customs services or the carrier upon receipt of the order.
